• Use Upper Right "Sign In" link to Login into Portal:

• Enter your Username and Password.

If It is your first login, you may encounter licence agreement, a private question or password reset.

• To access your personal web page enter "http://portal.physics.sharif.edu/web/username" . in which username is replaced by your own user name, you will see a blank page after that.

• Try Adding a Web Content Display through upper left menu Add

• You can use Asset Publisher from the same menu, in case you want to show multiple Web Contents. The rest of the Tutorial will be the same for every Content you insert.

• You will see something like this:

• Each page has it's layout, by default the page layout is 3-column (30%,70%)/ to Change your layout use upper left menu Manage:

• Select 1-Column layout (If you want another layout, or you are already satisfied with your layout, you can skip this step)

• You will see the change when you press save, Now it's time to actually edit the web content. Use the add content Icon, to add a new Content:
• Note that changing Page Layout, is a one-time job. You do not need to edit the layout every time.

• Enter Content Title, and Use Built-in HTML Editor, to edit your actual web content.

• Click on the Publish button to publish your content.

• You can edit your content later, or add a new one.
